Michelle Catelan has extensive experience managing and maintaining business and property portfolios.  Her experience lead on from the tutelage of her father Raymond Catelan, successful business investor and founder of property data giant Rpdata.  After working at Rpdata between 1992 and 2003, gaining experience in various areas such as data acquisition, sales, and management, Michelle took her Real Estate industry experience out into the business world. Since then Michelle has gone on to manage tenancies and sales of high end rural and residential properties throughout Queensland.

Recently, Michelle ventured into commercial property development and undertook the delivery of a new Travel Centre located on the Brisbane to Gold Coast M1 Motoway. The completed project included national and international brands such as Caltex, McDonald’s, KFC, Carl’s Jr. and other tenants. The development was a great success and achieved record sales yields in the QLD property market.

Currently Michelle divides her time between the Triaria private investment group, her continuing work in the Real Estate industry, and has taken on a non-executive board role with Melbourne based proptech company Listing Loop.

Michelle possess a Bachelor of Arts and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
